Once we have a working relationship with a client, we have the ability for remote support. We use TeamViewer as a free tool to allow us remote access to your computer. We will only have access when you provide us with YOUR ID and PASSWORD that is randomly generated when you launch the Quick Support TeamViewer application. Closing the application removes the ability for remote access until you launch the application again.
We can install the full version of TeamViewer that will allow us to have 24/7 remote access to your computers. This will help to ensure we provide quick support as well as allow work to be done after-hours to prevent down-time.
